We offer standard shipping across Australia for a flat rate, with free delivery on orders over $100. Express shipping is also available for a small additional fee if you need your new bag or suitcase even sooner.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day change of mind policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. You can return items via post or at any of our Strandbags retail stores nationwide.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For your convenience, we also support buy-now-pay-later services like Afterpay and Zip, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.

Do your products come with a warranty?
